ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE

The ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Bedfordshire County Netball Association will be held on Thursday 3rd July, 2025 registration from 7.30pm, meeting start at 8pm, at Leighton Buzzard Football Club, Lake Street, Leighton Buzzard LU7 1RX

Notice is given to the following Members of the Bedfordshire County Netball Association, who may appoint a representative to attend, speak and vote on its behalf:

• The Club Chairman/Club Secretary, or their accredited deputy, of each of the affiliated Clubs within the constituent Leagues of the County.

• A nominated Representative of each affiliated School within the County.

Notice is also given to the following who shall be entitled to attend and speak, but not to vote:

• Any League Committee member

• Any Club member

• Meeting Agenda

• Nomination form for any Elected/Appointed positions on the County Committee, to be returned by Monday 23rdJune 2025 to bcnachair@gmail.com
