THE HEATHER CROUCH YOUTH LEGACY PROGRAMME

Bedfordshire County is delighted to announce the launch of the Heather Crouch Youth Legacy Programme.

This year long programme will be offered to four young people within the County aged between 14-16 years who will be fully supported and guided through their coaching or umpiring qualifications, utilising funds provided by the Heather Crouch Legacy.

This initiative has been made possible through the generosity of a bequest received by Bedfordshire County Netball from a legacy through the Heather Crouch Trust.  Heather spent a considerable amount of time in Bedfordshire when the Centre of Excellence was in place.  She was passionate about coaching and empowering young people in the sport she loved.  The Trustee of the Trust has stated that this initiative is definitely something that Heather would endorse and be proud to help with and the officiating/coaching scheme meets her wishes.

For further details on how to apply to be considered for the programme please see the poster
