More Netball Interest at the Bedford Sports Awards
We have learnt of further Netball nominations at this year’s Bedford Sports Awards, which are due to be held on Monday 11 December at the Bedford Corn Exchange.
Gaye Hill - Posthumous Award for Community Services
Samantha Brightman - Achiever of the Year
Josie Huckle - Achiever of the Year
Fran Wade/Cathie Carter/Julie Wilkinson - Community Services Award (for helping with Umpiring at Walking Netball and Just Turn Up netball as Volunteers)
Gary Burgess is attending as a special guest and will be interviewed re his Umpiring Career and Maggie has also been invited as a Special Guest
