I have been a long-standing member of Bedfordshire Netball where I started as a player in 1970 in the Bedford & District Netball League, experiencing 10 years of running a Club Team, calling it a day as a player in 1998. I served on the Bedford League Committee in a number of roles from 1989, with a period of 14 years as League Secretary until 2005.

I have been on the County Committee since 1994 and took over the Chairman’s role in 1996.

I have an enthusiastic passion for netball at all levels and in particular a drive for umpiring activities and am currently an ‘A’ Award Umpire, EN Umpire Accredited Tester, Umpire Tutor and Umpire Mentor.

I represent Bedfordshire on the East Membership TSG and have a role within the Region’s SuperLeague Club, Mavericks.
